• Returned garments must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Innerwear, lingerie, socks, customized garments, and clearance or sale items are non-returnable.
• Size exchange is allowed once per order, subject to product availability.
• Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If a damaged or wrong product is received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
• Returned items will undergo quality inspection before approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
